A Ragdoll will go limp in your arms. Finding one nearby is the hard part.
Search for a Ragdoll near Raleigh and you get pages written to rank, not to help. This is a plain list of 7 catteries, what each one actually publishes about health testing and price, and which of them are really in North Carolina. Checked 2026-07-27.

What this list is for
A Ragdoll kitten in North Carolina is usually a four-figure purchase from a stranger you found online, often with a deposit paid before you have met the cat. The information that would help you judge that decision, whether the parents were tested for HCM, what the kitten actually costs, whether the cats live in cages, is published by some catteries and not by others. Nobody collects it in one place.
So that is what this is. Every line below was read off the cattery's own website and dated. Where a cattery does not publish something, this list says so plainly rather than filling the gap from a directory or an assumption. A blank is useful information: it tells you what to ask on the phone.
The thing that surprised us first
Of the 7 catteries here, only 2have a stated address inside the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill triangle. Several of the most prominent search results for "Ragdoll breeder Raleigh" are catteries in other parts of the state, or in other states entirely, running pages built around the word Raleigh. One of them delivers by flight nanny to RDU airport and states no North Carolina address at all.
That is not necessarily a reason to avoid them. It is a reason to know before you drive somewhere, and it is marked on every listing here.See which is which.
